Digital Nirvana’s core management team is made up of seasoned and enthusiastic entrepreneurs with extensive backgrounds in technology and management principles. These executives are committed to leveraging their knowledge and expertise to ensure the success of each and every customer.

Hiren Hindocha , Co-Founder, President, and CEO

Mr. Hindocha brings a 15+ year background in management and IT to Digital Nirvana, including more than 12 years of experience in a variety of technology based applications. Prior to co-founding the company, Mr. Hindocha served as Vice President of eCommerce at Go.com. He holds a MS in Computer Science from Cleveland State University, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from JNT University.

Vishnu Beri, Co-Founder and COO

Mr. Beri co-founded Digital Nirvana with more than 15 years of management experience in IT, Finance, Retail, and other industries, as well as extensive expertise in brand management and strategic planning and execution for eCommerce and the Web. He holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, a MS in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from JNT University.

Vinay Kumar - Head, Service Delivery

Vinay brings about 15 years of management and outsourcing industry experience. His ITeS expertise cuts across multiple verticals, i.e., healthcare, financial services, media, consumer services, recruitment, and education. Prior to joining Digital Nirvana, Vinay worked with Nittany, KG Group, Reyami Group, and CSS Corp. He is a Mathematics graduate from University of Madras and has a post graduate diploma in Operations Research from Pondicherry University. Winner of prestigious KG Eye Award and KG Great Achiever Award, Vinay considers that to be a successful leader one has to acquire GQ (gumption quotient), EQ (emotion quotient) and PQ (promotion quotient) and is an ardent supporter of practicing Fish Philosophy at workplace - Catch the energy, release the potential. He believes in an inverted organizational pyramid, where the management executes a servant leadership.

Ned Chini - VP of Business Development and Sales

Ned has been an active member in the broadcast, media and telecom industry for over twenty years, with extensive business development, sales and global marketing experience in forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth from marketing and selling platforms and solutions to national and global television broadcasters, telecom carriers and equipment manufacturers. Ned holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Finance.
